How do the presentations work?
At each meeting, all members who are current on their contributions can put their name in the basket for the chance to be selected to present a charity. If two or three of the selected members are presenting the same charity, other names will be drawn until three charities can be presented.
Presentations can be up to five minutes in length. They should be simple and not overly formal. All charities presented must be 501(c)(3) and serving the greater Elmhurst area.
