- Contact the charity within 24 hours to let them know of the donation.
- Assist in making arrangements to personally present the donation to the charity. The presentation should be made with at least the nominating member (you) and one of the five 100+ WWC—Elmhurst Area steering committee members.
- Provide information about the charity and the impact of the donation that can be used on the website.
- Assist in arranging for a representative from the charity to attend the 100+ WWC meeting.
- Serve as a follow-up contact if there are future questions about the donation and its impact.
